WHAT DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT?
All you need is a valid email address, mobile number, and your DDVMH Patient ID or PIN.
Your Patient ID or PIN can be found in any charge slip or medical record from DDVMH such as Discharge Summary or Statement of Account
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
1. Go to patientportal.villaflorhospital.com.ph
2. Fill in the Patient Portal Sign Up form and click the Sign Up button.
3. Click the verification link sent to your email.
