- Members are required to present the TASV card and a valid ID when availing the membership privileges.
- The benefits and discounts of the membership are non-transferrable and can only be used by the member.
- Discount on consultations are limited only among Physicians on Duty doctors in the OPD/Urgent
- TASV card discount cannot be used in conjunction with Senior Citizen, PWD and other promotional discounts of the hospital.
