Privacy Policy

TAKING OR RECORDING PHOTOS/VIDEOS of PATIENTS without their permission is PROHIBITED anywhere in our hospital.

TAKING OR RECORDING PHOTOS/VIDEOS in laboratories, treatment centers, and diagnostic facilities is NOT ALLOWED to protect privacy and for patient security.

All persons, especially relatives, watchers, visitors and others, are requested to support and comply with our privacy policy.

Advisory On Privacy Rights

The hospital premises is a private place, thus everyone is enjoined to respect the privacy of our patients, their relatives and guests and our own employees and medical staff as well.

Therefore, the indiscriminate and malicious taking of pictures and videos which may compromise the legal rights of our patients and the proper delivery of health care services is strictly prohibited. May we also take this opportunity to remind the public and the citizenry on the provisions of the Law on Cyberlibel (Republic Act 10175), that doctor shaming and or doctor bashing will not be tolerated and shall be acted upon with appropriate legal measures.

You may direct any concerns or complaints about any of our staff or hospital services to our Patient Relations Officer for proper action.

Ang Ospital ay isang pribadong lugar kung kaya’t ipinag-uutos sa lahat o kaninuman na respetuhin ang pribadong karapatan ng aming mga pasyente, mga-kamaga-anakan at bisita nito gayundin ang aming mga empleyado at medical staff.

Dahil dito, mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang walang pakundangan at malisyosong pagkuha ng anumang larawan o video na maaaring magdulot ng kumpromiso sa mga legal na karapatan ng aming mga pasyente at ang maaayos na pagbibigay ng serbisyong pangkalusugan. Nais rin naming gamitin ang pagkakataong ito na maipa-alam sa publiko at sa mga mamamayan na ayon sa probisyon ng Law on Cyberlibel (Republic Act 10175), ang panlalait o pagpapahiya sa doctor ay hindi naming kukunsintihin at ito ay bibigyan ng karampatang legal na hakbang.

Maaari niyong isangguni o dalhin sa aming Patient Relations Officer para sa kaukulang aksyon ang anumang mga alalahanin o reklamo tungkol sa aming mga empleyado o sa aming mga serbisyo.
